Custom HVAC System Design and Exact Load-Sizing for Your Building
We can create a custom commercial HVAC system design to fit the needs of your business. To determine the correct size for the HVAC system, we’ll conduct a load-sizing. Our team will create a design that suits your commercial building’s needs.
New Construction, Retrofit Projects, and Replacement Systems
We offer HVAC system installation for new construction, retrofit projects, and replacement systems.

Our Commercial HVAC Installation Process
When installing your commercial HVAC system, we follow a set process to ensure the job is done right. The section below provides an overview of our commercial HVAC installation process. Please note this is not intended as a guide to commercial HVAC installation, but a brief overview of our process.
- Initial assessment and planning: To start, we’ll assess your building to determine its HVAC requirements. Once we understand your commercial building’s needs, we’ll coordinate with contractors and develop a project timeline.
- Designing the system: Next, we’ll design an HVAC system tailored to your building’s needs. This step involves planning ductwork, zone planning, and equipment selection.
- Site and safety preparation: Before we begin the installation process, we’ll prepare the work area and establish safety protocols. Safety is a vital component of our work. During this phase, we’ll erect safety barriers, establish equipment delivery routes, and provide all team members with safety briefings.
- Structure modification for mounting (if necessary): If needed, we’ll modify structures to accommodate the HVAC system’s mounting. This can include, but may not be limited to, placing equipment pads, modifying walls to handle unit placement, or reinforcing roof structures to support rooftop units.
- Installing electrical infrastructure: We rely on licensed electricians to install the electrical infrastructure. By working with licensed electricians, we help ensure the electrical components are installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with local ordinances. In this stage, power supplies, control wiring, and safety disconnects are installed. During this phase, we will generally need to coordinate our work with the local utility company.
- Ductwork and sealing installation: During this phase, supply and return ductwork are fabricated and installed according to the plan we created.
- Placement and connection of equipment: Following manufacturer specifications, we position and secure the HVAC equipment. The equipment includes indoor air handlers, outdoor units, and related components.
- Connecting gas and refrigerant lines: During this stage of the installation, we connect refrigerant and gas lines. We’ll pressure-test the refrigerant line to ensure there are no leaks. Given the dangers of gas leaks, our team will take special care during gas line installation to minimize risk.
- Installing and programming the control system: Next, we’ll integrate controls and your building automation systems. We install thermostats, sensors, and communications networks during this time. Technicians program the control system based on each project’s specifications.
- Starting the system and conducting initial tests: Finally, we’ll start all the HVAC equipment and conduct performance tests to verify if it is functioning correctly. Tests conducted here include testing safety systems, checking for proper insulation, and ensuring all components work correctly.
